Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return.
Please follow the below instructions depending on the type of return. Items returned to us without following the below will not be accepted:
Damaged and issue returns
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately (sales@etcoenterprises.com) if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include proof of proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) information in your email. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your return is accepted, we will pay the shipping costs for items returned. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Change of mind returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and we are able to resell it. If the item purchased is listed as a final sale item by us, no change of mind return will be possible.
To initiate a return please login to your account (https://account.etcoenterprises.com), find your order and select the items you want to return.
We will then evaluate the return request and if accepted, you will need to pay the shipping costs associated with the return.
We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding any shipping costs.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days has passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@etcoenterprises.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
