Shipping policy

We take pride in dispatching your orders from our headquarters in Dalkeith WA 6009, ensuring every package is sent with care and attention.

For Australia Post deliveries, if you’re not available, a notification card will be left, and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post or Parcel Connect Agent for you to collect at your convenience.

For deliveries handled by Sendle, if no safe location is found and no one is available to accept the parcel, the driver will make several attempts before the parcel is returned to us.

Cancellation of Order

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations below:

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within a limited time frame after it has been placed. Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order to be eligible for cancellation without any fees. Once the order has been processed and moved to our warehouse for fulfillment, we will no longer be able to cancel the order.

Orders in Warehouse

Once your order enters the warehouse processing stage, it can no longer be canceled. At this point, the order will be prepared for dispatch and shipped out to you. If you still wish to cancel your order at this stage, you will need to wait until you receive the package and initiate a return. Please refer to our returns policy for further details.
